Sibly had two porcelain fused to metal crowns on her front teeth and her lateral (side tooth) was fractured. Her existing crowns were over 10 years old and had openings around the edge of the tooth that had formed decay. Once a crowned tooth has decay, it needs to be removed and cleaned to be prepared again for a new crown. Dr Michaleson reviewed the xrays and photos with Sibly to explain the treatment needed. Treatment was started by whitening her teeth in office with Zoom and removing the crowns and preparing her teeth for a combination of 2 crowns and 2 veneers across her 4 front teeth. The esthetic all porcelain restorations were made to match her new white shade. Now, no one could tell she ever had anything done to her smile and it looks so natural.
