Lynette had porcelain crowns done on her four front teeth with her previous dentist a few years ago. Lynette came in to see Dr Michaelson for a cosmetic consult because she was not happy with her porcelain crowns. She expressed to Dr Michaelson that she did not like the lines in her crowns, they looked like cracks and that all her teeth have different shades. After the exam Dr Michaelson reviewed a plan of action. Lynette had cross-bite on her left side and to give her the beautiful smile she wanted, more porcelain crowns were needed besides replacing the four she did not like. In order to straighten her smile with a beautiful arch, 10 esthetic porcelain crowns were recommended on the upper and three on the lower left. This would correct her cross-bite, all the different shades in her smile and replace the previous four. Lynette's treatment started with taking models and pictures to send to the lab and whitening her lower teeth with Zoom in office. Dr. Michaelson then placed a combination of 10 esthetic porcelain veneers and crowns on her upper teeth and 3 crowns on the lower. Lynette’s expectation was met above and beyond and she is ecstatic with the results.
