“Dear Dr. Michaelson and staff,

Thank you for making me want to smile. For as long as I can remember I have disliked the appearance of my teeth, which made me lack the confidence to smile. That all changed the day I first walked into your office. I knew that I had finally found the right dentist and support staff. Whenever I come in I feel like I am with family. Once again I thank you for giving me the self confidence I lacked for so many years. I have waited 47 years to have the smile I show off today.”
